Dr Stephanie Dakin completed her medical degree at the University of Wollongong. Stephanie enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a particular interest in using the power of nutrition to prevent and manage a range of chronic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, overweight/obesity, and gastrointestinal issues. Stephanie enjoys bushwalking and tending her veggie garden, and is currently navigating the joys and challenges of parenting two teenagers.

Dr Shanika Samuel General Practitioner

Dr Shanika Samuel completed her medical degree at the University of New England in the rural clinical school. She recently received her specialist general practice qualification (FRACGP) in 2023. She is interested in all areas of general practice, particularly in preventative health. She has worked both in Canberra (at Canberra hospital and Calvary hospital) and rural NSW regions (including Wagga Wagga and Young). In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, listening to music and cooking/baking.

Dr Anisha Harper General Practitioner

Dr Anisha Harper graduated from Newcastle Medical School and then returned to her hometown of Canberra to complete her initial postgraduate years (working at both Canberra and Calvary Hospitals) and then her Fellowship in General Practice.

Dr Harper enjoys all parts of general practice with a particular interest in:

  • women’s health and children’s health
  • antenatal and pregnancy care
  • men’s health
  • contraception and sexual health
  • preventative health

Dr Harper enjoys creative and craft activities in her leisure time, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Dr Asanga Bandara General Practitioner

MBBS, DCH, FRACGP

Dr Asanga Bandara is a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, with more than 22 years of experience in the medical profession, who takes a proactive approach towards the diagnosis and treatment of Skin Cancer. With his training, experience, and qualifications, he is well-equipped to provide high-quality skin cancer care to his patients.

Considering Australian skin cancer statistics and the serious risks associated with them, he dedicates a significant portion of his work hours to skin cancer management.

Dr Asanga accepts new patients for

  • routine skin cancer checks,
  • checking new moles or lesions,
  • assessing pre-existing moles or lesions with recent changes in size or nature,
  • surgical and non-surgical treatment of skin cancer.

Dr Heidi Tudehope General Practitioner

Dr Heidi Tudehope trained as a general practitioner and rural generalist with experience in obstetrics, gynaecology and emergency medicine; for many years working in country hospitals providing close to home care in a variety of clinical areas for rural patients.

Dr Tudehope moved to the ACT in 2024 to be close to family, and to enjoy life in the bush capital.

She loves to work with motivated adult patients to achieve excellent control of chronic conditions and optimise quality of life.

Jacqui Bampton Accredited Practising Dietitian

Jacqui Bampton is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Human Nutrition and a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is passionate about helping patients to create healthy relationships with food and has a practical, holistic approach to the nutrition care process. Her professional interests include geriatric, women’s health and oncology.

Jacqui has experience within community dietetics, alongside organisation such as Nutrition Australia. Jacqui is happy to see complex patients, together with adults and children aiming to simply improve their health and wellbeing.

No referral is required.
