Dr Stephanie Dakin General Practitioner

Dr Stephanie Dakin completed her medical degree at the University of Wollongong. Stephanie also has a degree in nutrition and enjoys all aspects of general practice. In particular Stephanie loves working with people wherever they may be on their health journey to use lifestyle and preventative measures where possible, before reaching for pills and procedures.

In her spare time Stephanie enjoys being in the great outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Now that her children are grown Stephanie is hoping to train as a wildlife carer sometime soon.

Dr Patrick Akhiwu General Practitioner

A highly experienced GP, Dr Patrick Akhiwu has been practicing in Rural NSW since moving to Australia in 2013 after many years of overseas practice.

Dr Akhiwu is a Specialist GP, Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). who joins us as a relief GP, working on Fridays.

Dr Shaikh Wahab General Practitioner

Dr Shaikh Wahab graduated from Dhaka University in Bangladesh in 1991, and has been practising as a GP in Australia since 2011. He previously worked as a Registrar in Mental Health in The Canberra Hospital for 6 years, and also worked as a Medical Officer in Bangladesh and New Zealand before coming to Australia. His special interests include general medicine, paediatrics, and men’s health.

Dr Wahab is also interested in chronic disease management, mental health, women’s health including antenatal care, and occupational health including work-related injuries.

Dr Wahab also enjoys travelling, cricket, community and multicultural activities.

Jacqui Bampton Accredited Practising Dietitian

Jacqui Bampton is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Human Nutrition and a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is passionate about helping patients to create healthy relationships with food and has a practical, holistic approach to the nutrition care process. Her professional interests include geriatric, women’s health and oncology.

Jacqui has experience within community dietetics, alongside organisation such as Nutrition Australia. Jacqui is happy to see complex patients, together with adults and children aiming to simply improve their health and wellbeing.
